9 Busch Lane is available as a wonderful B & B - our caretaker lives on site, in seperate quarters and can prepare delicious breakfasts and any other meals by arrangement, or the property may be used as a self catered luxury vacation home.
9 Busch Lane is located 15 minutes from the centre of Christchurch, the Garden City. Christchurch is the gateway to the South Island - a starting point for the many spectacular sights and experiences New Zealand has to offer. The property is surrounded by farmland, outside the south east edge of the City. Only 15 minutes drive from Christchurch International Airport and minutes from the small township of Prebbleton. A rental car is really a necessity.
